Importance: The productivity and health conditions of the crop are directly linked to the quality conditions of the water. Thus, it is of fundamental importance that researchers in the area have basic information on the limits of variation of the main biological, physical and chemical parameters that characterize water quality standards. Methods and techniques for assessing the physical, chemical and mineralogical properties of soil and water in cultivation nurseries. Pond dynamics, water quality control methods and techniques. Liming, fertilization, aeration, circulation and water changes used as preventive management in cultivation nurseries.
